BSEL manages a number of projects and training courses at various locations throughout Berkshire and the surrounding area. These are aimed specifically at helping people of all ages, who have been unable to obtain work through circumstances or disability. This includes job search facilities to enable them to find sustainable employment.

BSEL are a not-for-profit registered charity but uses its resources and expertise to sponsor and support Scouting activities, locally, nationally and internationally.
